  • 3 eggs
  • 3 bananas
  • 2 pineapple rings
  • 2 spoons of Greek yogurt
  • 40 g whole grain oats
  • 10 g grates coconut
  • 25 g protein powder (vanilla)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
    Icing:
  • 1 protein pudding vanilla
  • sliced pineapple and raspberries
